George Parente is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of DTG Consulting Solutions, Inc. As the CEO of DTG, George manages people who help companies succeed, while simultaneously helping individuals advance their careers. As our Chief Financial Officer, he oversees all financial operations at DTG including banking and borrowing relations, budgeting and forecasting, financial statement preparation, payroll, and cost analysis.
Of the different jobs that George has had in his career, he enjoys working in the staffing industry the most. Along with having over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, George’s credentials include a CPA License and Masters Degree in Accounting and Business Administration with completed coursework for a Doctorate in Leadership. He is also a member of the Executive Committee for TechServe Alliance Tri-State Chapter.

Carolyn Marcelo is the Human Resources Manager for DTG Consulting Solutions Inc. Carolyn is responsible for developing and administering plans and procedures for the company personnel and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Carolyn began her career in Human Resources quickly after receiving her undergraduate for Business Administration from Liberty University. While working, she continued her education and completed her MBA in Business Administration, Human Resources from Liberty University. She is active in representing SRHM, The Society for Human Resources Management, and the TechServe Alliance Tri-State Chapter.
Christine Avagliano is the Director of Client Services. Christine is responsible for ensuring our clients receive the quality of service they deserve.
Christine has been with DTG as an Account Manager and Recruiter for over 20 years. She has experience in serving both National Accounts as well as Small to Medium Accounts, and understanding the difference in how to serve each vertical effectively. Christine is passionate about creating value-added relationships in ways that help businesses and technology work together to accomplish a common goal.
Brian Tarsi is the Director of Recruiting Services for DTG Consulting Solutions. Brian is responsible for the training and guidance of DTG’s internal recruiting staff and recruitment efforts as a whole.
Brian has been working in the Staffing/Recruiting industry since 1997. He began his professional career with the Capital Markets Executive Search firm, D.S. Wolf in NYC. After DS Wolf, Brian worked in technology recruitment at J Patrick & Associates before coming to Datacom Technology Group in May of 2003. Since that time Brian has brought many Fortune 100 companies on board as clients, filling positions that cross the full spectrum of Information Technology in multiple industries including Financial, Insurance, Management Consulting, and Municipalities/Gov’t. Brian has also broadened his technical aptitude to become the company SME for all PeopleSoft recruiting projects.
John F. Di Bari is the founder of DTG Consulting Solutions Inc. As a Vietnam veteran, Mr. DiBari’s background includes working for several years at General Employment Enterprises, rapidly moving up the ranks. As General Manager for their NY and Philadelphia IT and Engineering search divisions, John was very adept in creating productive and profitable businesses for the firm.
In 1972 Mr. Di Bari founded the company as a recruitment agency for information technology professionals. Mr. Di Bari maintained a “hands-on” approach to the daily operation of the business, bringing his direct experience and knowledge to DTG’s family of companies.
