Digital Marketing Content Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing by creating and managing content for various digital platforms and programs
  • Build and execute email campaigns including set-up, QA and deployment
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks such as content editing, website updates/changes, content uploads, content expiration management, and other necessary updates
  • Assist in the planning, implementation and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Execute compliance review of email communications and marketing content
  • Own campaign content schedules and drive project timeline and deliverables
  • Own the website publishing schedule and post content to the site ensuring no deadline is missed
  • Analyze email and website metrics and report on performance
  • Review and proofread marketing materials and communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 year of relevant experience with a minimum of one-year email marketing experience in financial services or related field
  • Strong knowledge of content management systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
