John F. Di Bari is the founder and CEO of DTG Consulting Solutions Inc. A Vietnam veteran, Mr. Di Bari’s background includes working for several years at General Employment Enterprises, rapidly moving up the ranks. As General Manager for their NY and Philadelphia IT and Engineering search divisions, John was very adept in creating productive and profitable businesses for the firm.
In 1972 Mr. Di Bari founded the company as a recruitment agency for information technology professionals. Under his leadership, in 1984 DTG was one of the first staffing companies to use foreign professionals to staff US IT projects, both stateside and internationally.
Currently, Mr. Di Bari maintains a “hands-on” approach to the daily operation of the business, bringing his direct experience and knowledge to DTG’s family of companies.
With over 40 years of dedicated service to DTG, Richard Andretta is a major contributor to the company’s success. Mr. Andretta’s expertise lies in his ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
His clientele includes a long list of well-recognized national companies in the banking/brokerage and financial services markets. The extensive network of candidates that he has built over the years helps him to service those clients through strong, qualified referrals.
With 25+ years of experience that encompasses all key aspects of the staffing industry Maria Colavito utilizes a ‘hands-on’ and direct approach of each critical phase of the operation to ensure a successful company outcome. This approach and methodology is reflected in the excellent standing of DTG maintains in the industry. She is responsible for high level company initiatives that include marketing, contract negotiations and compliance issues and extensive interface with all staff members to determine best strategy and best practices. This knowledge is incorporated in all aspects of DTG’s methodology. As part of a project team effort, Maria assists in review of terms of engagement, contract provisions and specifics defining and complying with company requirements and stated budgetary parameters. Managing various and diverse initiatives utilizing key staff members on a project basis to ensure timeline and project deliverables Ms. Colavito primary consideration is the wellbeing of both our clients and candidates.
Mr. Parente is responsible for overseeing all financial operations at DTG including banking and borrowing relations, budgeting and forecasting, financial statement preparation, payroll and cost analysis. With over 22 years’ experience in the Accounting and Finance fields, Mr. Parente’s credentials include a CPA license and dual Masters’ degrees in Accounting and Business Administration.
After several years in Information Technology roles, Mr. Golod joined DTG in 1990 placing Finance, IT/Technology and Executive level professionals. Progressing from the firm’s top recruiter position he is now the Practice Director of DTG Finance and Capital Markets.
Drawing on long-term relationships in the financial, technology and academic/scientific communities, his practice maintains the highest business ethics, professionalism and discretion. While still retaining contacts/clients in IT/High-tech industries Mr. Golod has been concentrating since early 2000s on placements of Financial Engineers/Quantitative Analysts, Traders/Portfolio Managers, and IT staff supporting front-office Trading and Research, working on contingent and retainer searches for a number of highly regarded buy and sell-side clients in US, Europe and Asia.
Len Golod studied Computer Science/Information Systems at Seton Hall and Boston Universities.
Brian Tarsi has been working in the Staffing/Recruiting industry since 1997. He began his professional career with the Capital Markets Executive Search firm, D.S. Wolf in NYC. After DS Wolf, Brian worked for a short time in technology recruitment at J Patrick & Associates before coming to Datacom Technology Group in May of 2003.
Since that time Brian has brought many Fortune 100 companies on board as clients, filling positions that cross the full spectrum of Information Technology in multiple industries including Financial, Insurance, Management Consulting, and Municipalities/Gov’t. Brian has also broadened his technical aptitude to become the company SME for all PeopleSoft recruiting projects. While continuing to manage his clients’ staffing needs, Brian has taken over management of DTG’s internal recruiting staff where he is responsible for the training and guidance of DTG’s recruitment efforts as a whole.
