Marketing Content and Communications Coordinator

Fortune 100 financial services company is seeking a Marketing Content and Communications Coordinator. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and will support the development and execution of marketing and communications initiatives (content, communications, campaigns, website, etc.). This candidate must also have experience writing and editing communications and web copy for public-facing and advisor websites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, edit and prepare thought leadership and other content for publication and facilitate the compliance approval processes
  • Write and edit communications targeted to advisors and their clients and manage editorial schedules
  • Ensures accuracy, clarity of communications as well as consistency and alignment with key business and marketing objectives
  • Work with team members to publish content to internal websites and maintain upload schedules
  • Track and coordinate tasks related to content production and communications to ensure adherence to publication and email distribution schedules
  • Assist in the planning, implementation and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Analyze email metrics and report on performance


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 year of relevant experience
  • Excellent writing and editing abilities with experience in financial services or related field
  • Experience using WordPress and strong knowledge of content management systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
