Role Summary:
Fortune 100 company is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to identify enhancements, outline requirements, and implement roadmap initiatives for corporate website. The ideal candidate will have experience working cross-functionally to managing ongoing web initiatives and strong project management skills to keep all programs on track. As a member of the Consumer Digital Marketing team, your strong attention to detail and understanding of key digital programs (e.g., SEO, Content, UX, UI) will ensure that the corporate website can deliver seamless experiences for prospects and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works with business partners to provide high level requirements to the product owner for authoring or agile development
- Partner with the product owner to approve user stories for agile development
- Submits and manages web content within compliance workflow
- Reviews and provides sign off for authored experiences pre and post release
- Leads daily stand ups with team members to keep digital projects on track
- Manages .com project tasks across teams to ensure that milestones and launch dates are met
- Manage and understand enterprise stakeholder .COM roadmap needs and work with leaders to prioritize within the backlog
Skills:
- High level of understanding of digital best practices including SEO, SEM, UX, UI, and content creation
- Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software (Asana, MS Project, etc.)
- Proven track record delivering digital programs
- Experience with managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, very deadline-driven environment
- Understanding of Agile principles and experience writing requirements for technical development
- Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas with others (junior to directors)
- Team player with the tenacity to get things done
- 4+ years of experience as a web producer, product manager, or other web project management roles
