Business Development Manager

Responsible for identifying great candidates and promoting our staffing services to a wide variety of new and existing clients you will work closely with our recruitment teams helping to make a difference to people’s lives every day.

DTG Consulting Solutions, an IT and Executive Search firm, founded in 1972, with offices in Saddle Brook NJ and Boston MA, has an immediate open position for a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate has the drive and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, is extremely organized, works well within a team and independently. Of interest are candidates who have a record of success and interested in high-paced business development role and desire to immerse in ever growing IT markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully develop and maintain long-term relationships with new business/clients
  • Present open job positions at new clients to both recruiters and account managers
  • Enter and track client information in ATS
  • Research and implement new ways to increase new business opportunities

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the staffing/recruiting industry, but not required
  • Must have people, communication and organizational skills
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office
