A unicorn startup asked DTG to review all their internal systems and process and provide guidance on how to implement enterprise best practices for their growing environment. After a four-month engagement DTG developed a roadmap to consolidate systems at six different locations, improve internal processes, improve customer service through ITIL, and develop staff.
DTG was contracted by the bank to build two new data centers in NJ and Atlanta at SunGard and migrate IT systems. This two-year multimillion dollar project focused on moving all internal applications, and creating a disaster recovery site. DTG’s expertise in security, project management, network design, and systems integration led to one of the most commended projects during the CIO’s tenure. This project was recognized as one of the few of this scale to finish under budget and exceed expectations.
DTG was asked to lead the Medical System’s Information Security department on a contract basis while their primary manager was on leave. DTG managed the information security team, responded to an array of security incidents, implemented several systems and oversaw security operations.
